Now... when did Town Lake become Lady Bird Lake? I guess I'll reveal myself to be a serious old timer next time I visit. I wonder what other name changes have occurred. The Drag is still The Drag... right?
After she died, they rename it. I think Lake Lady Bird would sound better. Then there would be a Lake LBJ and, well, .... Don't know when you left but they DO keep changing names. The Drag is still, informally, the Drag but, of course the Cadeau is gone so there is that.
Two swans (really they are paddle boats for rent methinks) look conspiratorial as they survey Lady Bird Lake.
