Ballet Austin headquarters

That low building in the middle of this photo houses Ballet Austin. What a brilliant move we made buying this property before the mega-boom hit. I have been on its board of directors since 1998.

I wonder how much it's worth?

This is probably the last empty lot in West Austin. It would probably go for at least $250,000.
