Regal Graffiti

Not sure what the meaning is of this graffiti on the Fifth Street bridge abutment is, but I recorded it for posterity a few Saturdays ago.

The Wilderness

We walked the Shoal Creek Trail one day from under the Fifth Street Bridge to 31st Street. I was struck by how much it looked like a wilderness north of 29th Street.

Missing about 100,000 People

We were at a party in the party room at one end of Darrell K. Royal Memorial Stadium. This is what it looks like empty!

The Triangle is Strong

Today is theme day for City Daily Photo. The theme is: Triangles. Triangles are a strong shape. That's why you see them on bicycle frames like these for rent on Barton Springs Road. I considered using a picture of the girders of a construction crane or other construction and other triangles I found in logos and such but this seemed most striking.
