FFP stands outside the 9/11 memorial at the Texas State Cemetery. That is a piece of metal from the tower on the left.

I Wish

This mural at a bar on West Sixth Street is apropos.

Pride of Barbados

The plant to FFP's right, called Pride of Barbados, has been beautiful and long-lasting in Austin this summer.

Molting Season

I suppose this might be considered a form of graffiti. Someone took grackle feathers, plentiful at this time of year when they are molting, and stapled them to a utility pole.

Bats!

The bats under the Congress Avenue (Ann Richards) Bridge aren't practicing social distancing. My friend Mary captured this from her Rainey Street Condo. Her views are fantastic!
