Our Lady of the Radish

The little Farm to Market store on South Congress has this tribute to Our Lady of the Radish. Haven't had a radish in ages. Do love them. The mural is behind glass framed by a mosaic including bar tools. Haven't ever seen a radish in a drink, I don't think. Not even a Bloody Mary where celery usually reigns but other vegies make an appearance.

Love Note To Stevie Ray

We walked by Stevie Ray the other evening and noticed that he had a love note in his hand. Also gives you a nice close-up of the gifted guitarist's hand.

Brunching in style

This cute dog was all dressed up in a Mexican outfit for a Saturday brunch before the pet parade on South Congress. Something tells me that he got a few bites of a tortilla. Maybe even a taste of cheese.

You See Everyone on the Trail

These geese seemed to be trying to take over the trail yesterday. They snapped at passing bikers and runners and were warned by the gentlemen on the bench that they wouldn't be getting bread if they didn't behave.

Happy Easter from the Furry Set

This beauty rode in style in an Easter basket for the Lyndon Lambert Easter Pet Parade on South Congress yesterday.
