Noticed this on E. Fifth. Appears to be a street food venture. The guys out front said I'd need to see their agent about pictures but then relented and said it was OK.
You should be OK in taking this photograph, as it appears you were standing on public property (the sidewalk), and talking with the owner (?) is a good thing to do.
