Graffiti Wall

We've posted many pictures of the offering of graffiti on this wall coming up to the overpass on North Lamar. Our friend Jackie caught the wall in this state with the mixed up paint that comes out gray and white and taupe which was then covered by drips from various bright colored paint buckets. Is it art?
