I'm not saying these are members of the Texas Legislature or Lobbyists, but I took this picture near the Capitol and the Texas Chili Parlor and the biennial session has just started.
I'm sure given that I live in my nation's capital that I pass by parliamentarians on a frequent basis, but unless they're cabinet members or otherwise high profile, I don't really recognize them. I do occasionally see a couple of former prime ministers, who are practicing law in town these days.
