This resident of the Brentwood neighborhood in our town has put flags in his yard to recognize the Texans who have died of the COVID epidemic. A tribute like this is an apt entry for today, since we have decided to stop trying to post on a daily basis, as we have since May 17, 2007. We may put something up from time to time, when we snag an especially good shot. The loss of the worldwide portal has just put the brakes on our enthusiasm. Cheers!
Thank you for all the photos of Austin through the years. While working out of town, they were a slice of home every day.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome. It has been fun, but we'll turn to other activities to keep us busy.
DeleteWhat is the loss of the worldwide portal? I don't understand. I will miss you.
ReplyDeleteThe City Daily Portal was done but now it's been revived. Don't know if we will be back.
DeleteOh. OK. Well I found you another way I think...I can't remember. It's been a while. Anyway, I thought you might have been reinvigorated by this long week's ending, so just checked in!
