Eggs Bick Benedict (Sorry, you'll have to watch "Giant" to understand.)

I had this delightful variant on Eggs Benedict at Fixe last Sunday. Red Beans and Biscuits with a light Hollandaise. Really tasty. Eggs were perfect.
