Nicoise Salad


This toothsome delight was really tasty and just filling enough. I ordered it at a local restaurant called Tolouse in the Domain center. I enjoy ordering a Nicoise Salad and seeing the interpretation different restaurants give the dish.

    My favourite salad at any time of year but especially in the summer. Your photo makes it very enticing.
