Scooters have overtaken Austin and now Uber has added incentive of FREE to the mix. These things are everywhere and threaten us on sidewalks and in crosswalks and risk their own life and limb in the street by running lights and stop signs.
We have scooters around, but I don't know if they're Uber or not. It's not a practical way to get around from November through April with all the snow here.
