The theme for November 1 is "Friend." I couldn't think of a better photo for that concept than this one of us sitting on our couch right after we got married over 42 years ago. And yes, we are still best friends. It will will be fun to see what our fellow bloggers around the world post for their interpretation of this theme.

DeleteMy husband is also my best friend. We've been married for 54 years, but when we met we were just good friends for the first year. Our friendship grew into love. I'm glad you and your husband are also still best friends after so many years together.
