We ate Sunday lunch at Salsa Limon the other day. First time that we have tried the place. My chicken taco on the right was great. The mushroom version was OK, not as good as the other one.
It must be comforting to have a monster scaring away intruders outside your house. This scene is on West 37th Street, a little stretch known for whimsy.

I love looking at Little Free Libraries. This one needed some extra insulation from the recent rain. We have so many unread books around the condo that I rarely take anything from one of these.
This sixty-plus story building is on the site where the Extended Stay Hotel used to be. It looms large from a lot of angles. I shot this photo when we were walking south on Guadalupe the other day. We call it "The Extended Stay" just to be able to ID it.
Here is our fancy new pedestrian mall that extends from the state capitol to the museum district. We enjoyed using our feet to go see a show the other day. (This has been under construction for quite a while.)
