Another morning hike

 Linda took this shot of me as we headed out for a walk along the shore of Lady Bird Lake. 

Missing Pieces

Saw these on the ground the other day during a walk. Too bad for the puzzle solvers.

 Saw these pretty flowers in the yard of the house that belongs to our friends Peter and Jack.
They keep such a nice yard.

 Saw this cute little doll on a trash pile the other day while walking. 

I'll bet it was some child's favorite years ago. Kids move on to other toys. Kind of sad.

Bluebonnets Are On It

 We saw some fine examples of our state flower on a walk the other day.

Always makes me glad to see spring blooms. 

Little Free Library

I love looking at Little Free Libraries. This one needed some extra insulation from the recent rain.
We have so many unread books around the condo that I rarely take anything from one of these. 

Sparkly Sparky Park

We love this little pocket park in north central Austin. What a sweet place of respite. 

 

Hippie Vans Still Exist

Seeing this van took me back to my youth when seeing one of these made think about hitting the road in one. I bet this vehicle could tell some tales. 
 

Love those little libraries.

 Little Free Libraries are a joy to explore. I need to get busy and select a few books from all the piles around here to place in some of them. 

Walk the walk, love the mural

 

We took a nice walk in Clarksville today. Here you see my backside in a photo taken by my wife, Linda Ball. The mural on the side of Nau's Drugstore says, "Love is the question, love is the answer." Hard to argue. 

Observations

 Love this dog. He was in flight the day before Christmas.

Magic Median Mystery Tour

Residents of this cul-de-sac have a sweet gathering place that they maintain in their midst. I wonder what they put in that violet mail box.
