We noticed a new sculpture outside the Zach Scott Theatre the other day. It appears to be a giant rabbit embracing a dog? Couldn't find a plaque with title or artist.
LB, your photo was so intriguing I had to find out about it - artist is Sophie Ryder of London, England. A large number of her sculptures feature the Lady-Hare. In the bronze gallery this one was called Lady-Hare Holding Dog.
Austin seems like a pretty good fit for her art - saw a newspaper clipping that the locals in Dublin, Ireland did not appreciate this particular piece in the shopping district.
