[my husband] alerted me that we could see Mt Kilamanjaro from our kitchen window, so I snapped this shot. Soon after, the cloud bank drifted west and "melted."Today is the first of the month and therefore theme day at City Daily Photo. The theme is curiosities. We were thinking of a picture of odd junk at our favorite junk and antique shop, but we saw this and thought it would be perfect for the theme. Yes, it surely has the structure which you describe. I like the idea of the snow-covered mountain rolling away and melting. Quite a curiosity.
ReplyDeleteIt truly does look like a snow-covered peak! Good one!
ReplyDeleteHa! You got me! A huge mountain top now residing in Austin? Good one.
ReplyDeleteI like it!. I miss the mountains where I live and often pretend that shapes of clouds look like mountains. We get nothing as grand as yours though. Lovely!
