Mark Knopfler

Our friend Jackie went to see Mark Knopfler at ACL Live at the Moody Theater last month. She says it was an amazing band with all kinds of instruments including one in this photo that looks quite mystifying.

    The fellow seated is playing the uileann pipes (from Ireland). It's kin to bagpipes, only the air is supplied by the bag under his arm.
