Veggie enchiladas -- so healthy!


Had this fantastic plate of enchiladas at El Alma across from the Palmer Events Center
after the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar.

    I would have gobbled that up years ago! Sadly, my tummy can't handle that kind of food any more. Glad you enjoyed it.
