I was taken up into the hills above los angeles in 1967 from sunset boulevard in such a zebra truck. indeed that is why I googled zebra truck to see if I could find out about it more.
Spied this truck in Old West Austin a couple of weeks ago. It's ready for exotic neighborhood tours.
