More scooter obnoxiousness
A friend took this shot of a batch of scooters jamming up the one van-accessible handicapped parking spot at Pease Park. Not acceptable.

Stickwork!
This new sculpture in Pease Park is really a delightful addition to the beauty of that space. They will be allowed to be absorbed back into the ground.

Play!
The Theme for today is "play." Here you see a man and his dog doing just that. The dog has just retrieved a tennis ball and his owner is waiting to get it back so he can sling it again. Click here to see what our compatriots around the world posted for this theme.

Ready to Eat
It's good to see people having fun in Pease Park. This food spread was ready to go around 10:00 on a recent morning.

Good Times Calls
The operator of this decidedly old school ice cream truck at Pease Park was perched in her window using modern technology to communicate on a recent morning. If I could still eat ice cream, I would have bought something from her.

Eye on Trees
We were walking the Shoal Creek trail out of Pease Park when I noticed someone had decorated this tree. It's probably not good for the tree but it's cleverly anthropomorphic.
