My friend found out who the operator was and it is a guy who has been doing it professionally around Austin and has shared some awesome views. She says she "discovered that it was Christopher Sherman of Over Austin shooting. He made a nice video of that sunset from our same vantage point."
Let's hope the drone operator is registered.
