The Magnolia Cafes are always open. Hence their sign "Sorry, we're open" and motto "24/8." This one is in the SoCo (South Congress) area and the other one is on Lake Austin Boulevard. So if you're in Austin and you need, say, a pancake at any hour. Yeah, Magnolia.
They have THE best Spinach & Artichoke Dip ever. Gained a good pound or two when I visited in the Spring off this dip.
