No flags today. Maybe flags or fireworks tomorrow in the aftermath of our U.S. holiday. But today I'm showing a dish I had at Paggi House last night. It is Hawaiian Ahi Poke (raw tuna) withsesame crisps and cucumber salad. It was a perfect little dish for a hot day and Paggi House is across the street from Zach Scott Theater where we went after to see the Janis Joplin tribute "Love, Janis."
